Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
At Bloom Nails, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Order Cancellations
All orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.
Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails, we only accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Exchanges are limited to one per order
- Exchanges are offered in place of refunds (no refunds for exchanged items)
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bloomnailsco.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund for confirmed quality issues.
Final Sale
All purchases are considered final sale, except in cases of approved exchanges or confirmed faulty items as outlined above.
